Assistant Secretary of Education Ray Simon describes plans for summer workshops where teachers will work with each other to improve their teaching skills.

Transcript: It's to provide specific focus to teachers on how to teach, what successful practices other teachers from throughout the country have used. The workshops will be conducted specifically by teachers who have been successful in closing the achievement gap in their individual schools.
